After a 60% deposit, contracts may not be canceled, modified, or reduced.
Vehicle Wraps & Installations
- Minor imperfections are industry-acceptable.
- 30-day limited guarantee on wraps.
- We’re not responsible for color discrepancies; request samples.
Website & Digital Services
- 30-day guarantee only after deposit; not responsible for downtime or hacks.
- Clients handle security, hosting renewals, and maintenance post-delivery.
- All digital services are non-refundable once delivered.
Printing Products – Refund & Exchange
Requests accepted within 15 days for orders under $500 USD. Beyond that, no refunds or exchanges.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Custom-printed items non-refundable unless defective.
- Shipping fees non-refundable; return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
Non-Refundable Services & Products
- Digital products, custom graphics, website designs, branding, consultations—non-refundable once work begins.
- Post-completion modifications incur extra fees.
